Classes
We offer three-hour lecture/demonstration classes with a focus on classic French cooking using local, organically grown ingredients. Structured around a complete four or five course meal, each course - appetizer through dessert - will be prepared in real time, from raw ingredients to finished dish. Complex technique is broken down into simple steps, allowing you to reproduce these dishes at home.

Students dine on each course as it is completed, and enjoy a wine selected to match the dish. Two classes are held on the last Sunday of each month from 1 -4 p.m & from 6:30 - 9:30 p.m.

Special Events

In addition to our regularly scheduled events on New Year's Eve, Valentine's Day, and Bastille Day, the restaurant is available for private parties.
